Every time i oder a pizza i order no garlic crust and every time i get a pizza containing garlic on the crust. This is not the first time. Just like today i ordered a new york style pizza that does not have an option for a crust topping and yet i get garlic crust. This is complete ridiculous.

My experience with Domino's today around 12:00 a.m. was relatively good, but the quality of the pizza itself was abysmal. The cheese coverage was weak at best. The top was overcooked and I could see the breading of the pizza right through the sauce and cheese. The slices were cut uneven, the pepperoni side the slices were huge and on the cheese they were small and ugly. I threw the pizza on the ground the minute after I left Domino's, even though it was more expensive than Pizza Hut and somehow worse. And he didn't even look at the pizza before giving it to me. I think him not looking at the pizza means he doesn't care about the quality of his work. I spent $15 there and only ate about two slices and my brother is starving.

It seems when you order with your free rewards points you get poor service. The pizza is not cut at all. This will be the last time I order with Domino's on 1st Street and on Manatee avenue... Makes you question how often do they wash their hands 🤔

I usually order from here for a long-distance family member with a chronic illness that sometimes can’t cook. I don’t usually have issues but my experience today was completely uncalled for.

I tried to order online using a coupon for 12.99 for each pizza, but the coupon did not discount like it should have, so I called in instead. The number tried to get me to order with AI and I requested to speak to a representative to order.

The representative who took my order confirmed the coupon was being applied but entered the address incorrectly (I didn’t know because I didn’t receive any confirmation texts for the order).

An hour goes by and nothing is delivered…when I called the store no one wanted to help. Harold (I assume the manager) insisted it was my fault and that I gave my address incorrectly to an AI. He was very rude and unwilling to truly help because he said he wasn’t the one who took the order. When I told him that I’d at least like a refund if they would not deliver the pizza, he told me to check my bank account in a few days…when I persisted for a confirmation on their end that it would be cancelled, he said he would text me. I received a text message with a picture of the order on the computer and a slip saying “bad order”.

Hopefully corporate is able to assist because he escalated the situation without reason, even after I politely asked that he let me explain what happened, as I wanted to keep the conversation simple and de-escalated. He kept interrupting and insisting it’s my fault, as though I don’t know the difference between a human conversation and an AI conversation. I can only hope both calls were recorded for “training purposes” to confirm…

The guys at this location decided to try me which is the only reason I’m writing this review. I ordered my go to Buffalo chicken pizza with no onions ordered it many times before and drove to the store to pick it up around 9PM. When I got home and bit into it found it was a barbecue chicken pizza with onions so they gave me the wrong pizza. I called the store and let them know about the mistake and they offered to remake it, all good mistakes happen.

I drove back to the store by this time it was close to closing time for them. I went in to get the remake and the guy hands me the pizza and locks the door behind him quickly cause he knows what they did Im guessing. I checked the pizza this time before driving off and they were clearly messing with me and made the pizza terribly out of spite because they literally drenched this thing in so much Buffalo sauce it was pooled on top, wet to the touch, and you couldn’t even see the cheese underneath. No sane person would put the amount of Buffalo sauce they put on this thing and think thats what the customer wants. Anyways I’ll be contacting CS to get my money back cause the pizza was terrible and I’ve placed that same order before.

The food is usually good. Of its not, they have free insurance and are great about fixing their mistakes!It's my go-to for delivery. They have actual delivery drivers. Go thru their website, not a delivery service. Tip them well! It's not an easy job driving in this traffic and chaos...kudos to you and the restaurants that continue to use delivery drivers👏👏TIP THEM!

I’d like to say I hope that worker who took my orders has a better day what I experienced today was uncalled for especially for a paying customer the guy had an attitude because we didn’t have the dominos app and had to use the menu mind you it’s right there at the front literally as soon as you walk in and basically gave a shitty attitude throughout the whole ordeal I wouldn’t want somebody else to experience what was experienced today.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:55 delivery said 16 to 36 min. at 6:35 delivery tracker said 3 minutes till delivery at 6:45 still no delivery called store to make sure they got my order ,was put on hold for over 10 minutes hung up recalled got the manager and was told they have my order they only have 2 delivery drivers , delivery tracker than indicated pizza being made (again) and delivery set for 7:15 . Pizzas arrived they were COLD and SOGGY WET , I called back asked for the manager and was hung up on . I understand delivery has it's challenges, but getting COLD and SOGGY WET food is unacceptable. $ 42. is too much money to spend on food to throw away . Shame on Domino's.

If I could give it a zero star I would. I order online and my food was not delivered because the manager was supposed to delivered my food but couldn't follow any GPS direction and told me that he could not find my house that the GPS dropped him to the middle of the road. My order said complete and I went outside to get my order it was not there and I called the manager response saying that he could nit found the house or the address. So we argue over the phone for about 3 mns and he always not even nice or have compation and he told me oh I called you you did not answer. So I go back with the food oh if you want a refund and I was mad really mad so I ask for a refund and days later did not receive it weeks later did not received it. I did not want to deal with them anymore so I I not call them but my bank. And file a claim it was not approved since I authorize the purchase. And I call them today they were rude laughing at me and telling me that they can't do anything about it . They were laughing and keep transferring me over and over again and told me they can't help me because it's been more then 30 days. IM DISGUSTED, THEY ARE RUDE AND UNBELIEVABLE DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR AT ALL IM TELLING YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND MY FOOD AND THEIR NASTY.

Don't order at 11:55. They'll charge your card, say the pizza is on the way, close the store and go home. Then when you call and ask for a refund on your $26 they'll offer you a $21 coupon?????
Yea no. How about a charge back and you refund all of the money for the pizza you never made and never delivered.
It's insane the gaul to charge someone leave them waiting all night then refuse to refund 100% of the transaction.

Horrible experience when I went to pick up my food. Ordered something with them and when to the store to pick it up because they had their delivery unavailable at the moment it said. When I got there the delivery guys were taking pizzas on delivery’s so they were available i guess. But anyway it was 9:25 and the lobby was closed when it clearly said that the lobby closed at 10pm. And that’s not even the worse part. they made me stand in the rain because the only thing they had was a little window with a little tiny roof to protect a very small person from anything. Horrible service too. The young guy inside came at the window cussing because I rang on their door bell more than one time trying to get his attention!!!!!!!! Worse dominos service I’ve ever had.

Received the wrong order that was burnt, cold and inedible at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Attempted to call THIS STORE ON FIRST STREET at least TEN times to be told it is closed.

Called on Monday and the manager is either rude with zero customer service skills or does not have the capacity to understand the need to speak louder with kids and pets in the background. She tried to say we called a store in Parish, which is not the case. Did absolutely NOTHING to resolve the issue. The manager who hung up on me twice maybe needs a new job or training. Up to you Domino's, I just know I wouldn't have someone that is detrimental to my company representing me!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT TO DELIVER.

Normally I order for just the family and have zero issues but I recently placed a larger and more important order as a gift for a client. I placed the order 72 hours ahead of time and was very clear about the importance that it be delivered at the requested time as it is the company’s lunch break. The delivery was 40 minutes late and the 12 guys expecting lunch had to go back to work before the lunch i had promised. Made me look bad. I don’t like looking bad.

Want something done right? Just do it yourself.

Update: My uncle wanted Domino's so of coursed he ordered by phone we get a call saying delivery was 2 hours so I cancelled. Made a order online so he can be happy

4 to much tomatoe sause by the crust of the pizza and barely no toppings

6 I made a complaint online the only thing I get is 60 points on my rewards I would like a refund for my dipping sause I never received and for the chicken wings I can't eat since they are not cooked for the nasty pizza we barely ate.

Didn't get an apology, and this was the manager I spoke to (Matthew) even though he didn't want to give his name. Who answers a business phone with "Hello?" anyway? Today, after leaving church my son wanted to eat pizza, since Domino’s (1st East Bradenton) is on our way home. I called to place an order, the automated system didn’t let me get through the first order. So we decided speak with someone, to no avail. So, we stopped at the store. Upon arrival, Danny greeted us and took my order, although he was the only employee in the store (others x3 drivers). He explained before ordering that it was going to take a bit longer than usual, we decided to wait. Danny came through with our order in less time than stated, appreciative and apologizing for the time taken. This employee (Danny) exceeded our expectations on performance and public relations, to his superiors please recognize his efforts as I seen others expressing their experiences with him at your store.

Harold, the manager,is great. 2 out of 3 pizzas came with the wrong sauce and ingredients. They offered a refund, but we wanted the right pizzas instead - that is why we ordered it in the first place. They said we would need to wait another 2 hours to get it since they have 30 pizza orders atm or that we can come in the store and they will make it within 10 minutes from the arrival. I came in within 10 minutes from the call and the restaurant was empty, no 30 pizzas were making. They made us the correct pizzas fast and I left within 10 minutes from arrival as promised. Sad because this used to be my favorite place to order from due to vegan dough. People make mistakes so its ok but they should have delivered correct ones and I would keep the 5 stars.

About a month ago I placed a order around an hour before close. It sat on the "checking quality" stage for over 30 minutes right up until close, before finally sending it for delivering. By the time it arrived, it was completely cold on top of being entirely disheveled (as though it was dropped and hastily thrown back in the box), cut in wrong/uneven shapes, burnt, and had the wrong crust. It tasted so bad I wasn't comfortable eating it. The only other item in my order, cinnamon sticks, also had almost no cinnamon sugar and they didn't give me the icing for them.

After all this, I would have been fine just accepting a refund. I contacted customer support and received a voicemail a few days later from a manager, Danny, who apologized and said he was able to give me a refund. Fantastic!

Well, the refund never went through. I tried calling the store numerous times on different days/hours and was immediately put on hold indefinitely, such that I couldn't even leave a voicemail to contact them. I even tried going through PayPal since they apparently can't be bothered to pick up the phone. I've finally put yet another request in through their customer support line, though at this point I have little hope. The amount of time I've had to waste on this due to the lack of communication is frankly unacceptable.

Edit: a day or so after posting this review, I was finally contacted again by one of their managers, Kim. She was extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved and kept me informed the entire time. I am very happy with the result and thankful for Kim’s help. I just wish I didn’t have to go through all the trouble like writing a review to get it! :)

Ordered online Sunday. Got a text saying it would be ready in 8-10 mins. I'm driving ten mins away so I get there, guy tells me it's still in oven. Lots of boxes stacked up in ready heater. So I said ok. But felt like pizza prob ready. I waited about 30 minutes. No announcement that it was ready. So I walked back up to counter tell a different guy I was still waiting and he pulls my order from the bottom of that stack. My pizza was cold, so we're parmesan bites it all tasted old. And I'd spent 43.00. My family barely ate any of it it was so awful.

Terrible, and I mean terrible service. Ordered delivery from 2.8 miles away. Canceled order after the delivery was 30 minutes past the 45 minute estimated time and had yet to be picked up. Went in to pick it up as carryout. The guy on the makeline was texting while he had a full screen of orders. The guy on the cut station had just returned from a 15 minute break and went straight to work without washing his hands. The manager didn't take the delivery fee off of the order.
The driver was polite enough to hold the door for us, though, because he was certainly in no hurry.

This store is amazing! I am from North Dakota and down in Florida for hurricane recovery and I went to this store because it was one of the few places that were open near my hotel and they were closed, but offered me a free pizza that was made extra. Hands down amazing staff supporting their community during a natural disaster!!!! The employees here need a pay raise! Thank you !!!!

Ordered EXTRA Cheese pizza PLUS Provolone Cheese. I get home and EVERY SLICE has a spot or more that’s missing cheeses. I call and ask if they can remake it, I’m Greeted by the person who made it who “claimed” to be the General Manager..
She gets offended saying she made the pizza right and that if I wanted more cheese I should have paid for it… again I ordered EXTRA CHEESE..

Literally had to drive back, show her the pizza just to get it remade. Customer Service is no longer a thing… How the workers getting mad while I’m remaining calm and respectful is crazy to me.

I'm waiting in the parking lot, jamming out to some 90s hip-hop with my brother and Kelly. In a huge Uhaul by the way. The staff seems cool with it all. We ordered a bunch of pizzas and what not. The place looks pretty nice. We all hard our masks on bc it's still required where we live. The lobby was still closed for the protection of the employees and the public. Over all an easy order. The cashier did her job well, no complaints there.

Won’t ever do delivery from here again. I ordered two pizzas and then an hour and a half I got one of them. When I called and politely explained what happened, they hung up on me. I called again, talked to someone else, and they sent me my missing pizza. Very disappointed overall, but at least they eventually gave me the pizza.

Horrible experience! Horrible experience and employees or manager treats customers Horrible! My food was messed up and I called asking to speak to a MANAGER! A guy gets on phone and I explained situation. He tried telling me it could be remade but will take awhile to deliver because busy. I'm allergic to onions and sandwich had it on. Had maybe 5 pieces of chicken. He kept giving me excuses. After finally saying they'd do their best to deliver it soon, I hung up. Then the delivery driver or whoever came back with remade food and proceeded to tell me how to speak. Again asked for manager when i called. I closed the door on her but working with the public, who goes to someone's home and speak to them rudely?! Wow! Working in the industry I've never argued or spoken to anyone like she thought she was gonna. Customer satisfaction or customer service at this location...Not at all! Not gna show up at my home, when they messed up items and talk to a customer that way. I have contacted corporate!

I picked up a pie for my kids yesterday afternoon and paid a little over $17 and some change (includes tip) for a carry out, large one-topping pizza. When I got home and the dust settled, I realized that was a lot for a large one-topping pizza, especially when I picked it up myself. I looked online after the fact and found a coupon for $6.99 lager two-topping carry out.

I’m not trying to do a lot or research when I purchase a pizza. It’s either a special or it’s not.

Honestly, i’ll never buy a pizza from Dominos again. I know Dominos doesn’t care and I won’t impact their P&L whatsoever…it’s more of a principle thing for me when they’re willing to overcharge by 100%.

Tried the new NY Style pizza. I was pretty good! Maybe not quite as good as you can find in north Jersey but pretty good. This shop is conveniently located right off Lorraine Road so quick trip over and back for us. Great guys there make a nice pizza and provide great service. Thanks

Just ordered pizza and pasta for delivery. The pizza looked like it was from a previous order that canceled and it sat for an hour. it looked old. Also the sent us the wrong pasta and it was only half full at that. Dominos needs to do better. We need some time of credit.

Changing my 5-Star Review to a 1-Star Review after how the woman who works there just treated me and my 3 year old daughter. All we did was walk in and my daughter wanted to see the pizza being made on the steps for kids. Next thing I know the lady who works there rudely told me I HAD to go to the register right then, even though I was standing there with my daughter trying to watch the pizza being made. She was very aggressive. She then rudely yelled at me and told me I HAD to go to the register right then and I couldn’t watch the pizza being made. When I told her I was a regular customer, she told me I wasn’t and that she’s never seen me. I asked the two other guys to help me, as the situation was totally uncalled for and they didn’t do anything. Please watch the cameras. Absolutely disgusting and shameful behavior in front of innocent children. All we did was walk in to pickup our order that was already ready and paid for and try to watch the pizza being made.

The DM and Assistant Manager were so kind and personable! They both had big smiles from the minute I walked in the door, greeting me very friendly and were so helpful and patient with a large order. So my order came out all wrong. I ordered a create your own bowl with Philly steak Alfredo and veggies. What I got was chicken and noodles with what looked like light Alfredo. I called the store and the manager who I think his name is Tyler really made it it right. His driver Aston delivered it fast and my original order way pick up. They made such a difference in this store vs the last ppl. I definitely recommend even after the mess up.

This was the most horrible experience. I got the Alfredo Pasta. I couldn't believe the portion size for $8. I went back inside and told them it looked like pasta is missing. I was told 5oz of pasta and 2oz of chicken. This is unacceptable. I was looking for a trash can to throw it away out of anger. I basically threw away $8. Will never purchase from Domino's again. Immediately waited on, order was up promptly.

Size portions have gone down (again??) and prices are UP ! It’s not worth the Buck anymore. Maybe some part of it is Domino’s fault, but pretty sure it’s mostly thanks to Biden’s super inflation. So I’ll give this Domino’s a 4 star for their great & service as well as for the taste of the pizza. But knocking off a star for the portion size to price ratio . If they don’t like that, they can support the conservative presidential candidate next time & help us alllllll out of this Biden inflicted recession.

Best Domino's we have ordered from in the area so far, we order frequently and have had *very few* undercooked or overcooked pizzas. Consistently good quality, not sure how their delivery is because we are outside their delivery area and pickup instead. (*The store that actually delivers to University Park consistently burned or undercooked the pizzas*)

August, the manager, was extremely polite and helpful ! The pizza was spot on, just as I ordered it and very good . Senior management is very fortunate to have August as an employee.
I normally do not post reviews, however, this particular manager will keep customers returning to Domino's .

Good afternoon. I would like an owner or district manager of the Domino’s store on Manatee Avenue West contact me in reference to an incident that occurred on Saturday, February 22 about 7:30 PM where I was harassed from multiple phone numbers by store employees and called a racial slur. I have made complaints on several Domino’s websites and have yet to hear back from anyone. I have a police report involving this incident on file and will be calling the Better Business Bureau today. I do not want the store manager to call me as I believe he was involved in the incident. I am going to wait 72 hours or three business days for a response. If I do not hear back from someone regarding this Incident then I will explore other options to try and get this issue properly resolved

Ordered on the app. It was easy. The Delivery was faster than expected. Everything arrived fast, Hot and perfect! The crew at the Manatee ave. Domino s are on point. Ordered on a sunday after 7pm. Don't know if that makes a difference, overall we were Happy with the entire process & the food 👍. The staff is doing a fine job. ****update -> bacon is ok now.***
So kinda disregard that->One thing though, which is Solely a product issue, we would Not order Bacon on anything again, the bacon is Very fatty, yuck. Could be the supplier/ or?
The delivery fee was $3.99, +tax & tip is additional. We paid $10 approx in addition to food costs. Total approx $32

The manager michael working tonight should be fired after what he put me through. Go listen to the recored lines he said hes send me out a replacement order after they lost my first one and 2 and half hours later he hung up on me when i call now and wont answer any phones been on hold over 10 minutes complete incompetency. The driver called me after 2 hours and got all sort of info from me what is going on I just want my food I paid for!?!?! Update: 3 hours later no ones come. Now will have to back charge you with bank. Will never order dominos again worst experience in a long time for delivery and im right down road... still waiting and give me a number to call that someone answers because its been 30 minutes on hold after he hung up on me and their obviously there. Replies here appear to be automated showing imo the owner doesnt care and other stores wont even send me anything because im out of area called number again provided and sat on hold no answer for another 10 minutes. Such a waste of time and disappointment.

This was the second time getting delivery, it was late again and cold! I waited a year after having a bad experience with them once a year ago. I figured I'd give them a try again hoping for the best, I was wrong, once again the staff was rude when they finally picked up the phone and the food was cold and inedible! I will not be ordering again from this store. I have enjoyed Domino's other place even different states but this Domino's is definitely not like the others it's so below what you would expect especially when it comes to delivery!

Placed a online order then made a mistake on the website for a future pickup at 8pm I placed the order around 5:55pm,I called the store to stop making the pizza I spoke with a young and he didn't know how to change pickup time so he got someone who did and said changes were made so after 2 hours the pizza was there and sat for 2 hours shift manager with green hair said she didn't know but she should have checked times on all boxes sitting with our being picked up.This store is a NO for me just poor management.

I ordered the new Mac and cheese tonight. I was SO excited to try it after seeing reviews and it looked so good in those review videos. I ordered the buffalo Mac and added jalapeños and bacon to it. Upon receipt of the item, it looked great. I stuck my fork in to stir and there was nothing to stir. There was no “creamy” element to it. It was just a bunch of cheese melted on top of plain noodles that doesn’t mix at all. There was nothing creamy about it. I ate it, but being 9 months pregnant I was SO sad about it not being what I thought it would be. I’m the type of person to just order what I know I like, and I’ve never had the pastas before because you just don’t know what you’ll get. I’m sad to say I won’t be ordering this again. The pizza was good as always though! I did call the store after receiving my order and making this review. They confirmed that it was supposed to have sauce and they did credit my account for this, to reorder on a different day. Thankful they made it right. They offered to remake it, but being so late and close to closing, I felt that the credit was more than enough. Thanks to the driver who answered the phone and rectified this issue!!

Got a pizza and Chicken Caesar Salad. Too much sauce on the pizza and the lettuce in the salad was brown and wilted. The exp date was due for the following day, but it was inedible.
If you eat here, probably avoid the pre-packaged salads. 😤

Got some appetizers, was told on the phone 15-20 minutes... while waiting for my order inside I have to listen to a young blonde girl complain, cuss, and rant on and on about how busy it is... even though it's empty inside? Granted, I do not know their online situation but if you need to blow off steam go outside. Don't do it in front of customers. Makes everyone uncomfortable, I believe the manager was agreeing with her as well. Your franchise was built on your pizza being delivered hot in 30 minutes or less. Or it's free. When your site tells you your order will be ready at a certain time then you show up and they haven't even started it nor will expedite the order because your a little annoyed. Then proceed to wait and extra half hour in the store. The employees are full of excuses but zero solutions, nor do they offer anything as a good faith gesture to offset the inconvenience. It sure speaks to the level of training and any concern for high values around customer service. You certainly don't deserve my business.

I can not express the fact that this is the best pizzeria in town. This is not like other Domino's Pizza. This place outperforms any pizzeria in town. I have been to all the Pizza establishment in Bradenton and I have to say this place makes the best New York style pizza in town. The girls that work the counter provides an unbeat atmosphere of comfort and quality. They should get a raise because they are both the heart of this establishment and they take the time to really know their customers. i am Absolutely shocked to score a Domino's higher than any other pizzeria in town by a Longshot.

This is my go to Domino's. I ordered ahead of time on the app so I could pick up on the way home. Staff greeted me as soon as I came in. I told them I was early but there for pick up. Received my order at the time I wanted to pick it up.

Went to the dominos on first street thinking it was the same. Shame on me. The pizza was bad. I had to go back no extra sauce on the pizzas I ordered. They wanted to give me a 5.00 credit I said no way that's not even enough to buy one pizza. I had to return my pizzas and when I got home the lava cakes were cold. Nothing coming out of them. Love that chocolate lava. Anyway I won't be going back to first street dominos and will always recommend your store. My order is always right the first time. Gas is expensive these days.

I had a pizza delivered from the Domino's at 4507 Manatee Ave W in Bradenton, FL. It was basically inedible because it was burned all over the top and the supposed Italian sausage tasted nothing remotely like Italian sausage and the pepperoni on the other half I couldn't even taste. I reported that I had a problem with my order.

A fellow called me a while later and offered me a credit I accepted the credit but then called back the next day because the pizza was so horrible that I decided I would never order from them again so I asked for a refund instead of a credit.

The fellow I spoke with at the Domino's at 4507 Manatee Ave W · Bradenton, FL told me I would have to seek a refund from the corporate office because he didn't have the receipts or any indication to afford me a refund from their particular store.

I've been going 'round about with the corporate office for about a week and a half now and they gave me a case number and nothing happened. Now they're just completely ignoring me.

I called back the store at 4507 Manatee Ave W · Bradenton, FL and explained the whole situation. As it ended up; basically the gal said that all she could do from her end was indeed, offered me a credit in lieu of a refund so I guess I'm screwed and have an old s***** pizza in my refrigerator which I need to throw away now because it's useless and tasteless and the worst Pizza I think I've ever had in my life even more than frozen pizzas in the store.

I can't believe that a big corporation like Domino's would treat their customers like that...Are they that desperate for money? What gives? I hope your corporation loses big time...and it will; mark my words. Ouch!

Extremely hard to find at night. There was no lights on the sign. The guy working the front was RUDE! There was two others not really doing anything and yet they would not try to help me. Tonight we ordered the new 9.99 unlimited toppings deal, one if our pizzas wasn't correct. I called the store and Joe was very polite and offered to make the pizza again. Extremely Disappointed – Deceptive Marketing! Never Buying Again!

I recently ordered Domino’s $9.99 unlimited toppings pizza, but the amount of toppings has drastically decreased. It’s nowhere near as generous as it used to be! They advertise “unlimited toppings,” but in reality, they barely put anything on the pizza. Totally misleading!

To make things worse, I specifically requested the pizza to be cut into slices, yet it arrived uncut. How can they not even fulfill such a basic request?

Domino’s used to be decent, but with this kind of deceptive practice, I’m done with them. Never ordering again—beware before you buy!

TLDR; delicious, consistent food and great customer service here - don’t let the appearance/location fool you.

As a family, we’ve ordered from this Domino’s in particular for 10+ years - mainly only delivery until recently.

Sure, delivery errors happen. Miss the note about contactless and/or knock on the door anyway, stuff like that. The food has seldom been inconsistent or bad, and when it is they make it right.

Recently, we’ve switched to carry out because delivery is just getting too expensive. It’s always a pleasant surprise to come into a chain business as such, and feel a good environment with attentive & friendly staff. 🤙🏼

Moral of the story? Don’t be quick to leave a shitty review if you didn’t follow up with the store and give them the chance to make it right.

I wish they had 0 star. I ordered a pizza by phone, and they told me it was going to take from 40 to 45 minutes. I drove to pick it up, and 48 minutes after my order, they told me it would take 23 minutes more. I waited 24 more minutes and it wasn't done yet. I left the place and will not go back there.

Update: I sent a message to the email provided by the owner, and that site doesn't exists. Anywsy, my message said THERE'S NO WAY I'M GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE!

Ordered for delivery. Just got our food after roughly an hr and a half. Which isn't a big deal honestly but how are you gonna take that long and then have everything wrong. Missing tots from our order, my pizza that was supposed to be sausage and ham came with just cheese, my mom's pizza that was supposed to be sausage and bacon came with just bacon and then when I try to call and explain our order was messed up because the food was delivered after midnight (placed the order around 10:30-10:45) the automated answering machine won't let me talk to a person. Update: just realized our 3rd pizza is also wrong. Was supposed to be steak and mushrooms and it's missing mushrooms. Not a single thing correct on the order other than us shockingly receiving the correct sodas.

I placed my order at 10:56pm and it took 2hrs to get my pizza when the quoted wait time was 22-37 minutes! When I called the store at 11:45 the man I spoke to told me there was nothing he could do as he was short on delivery drivers. I was told it wouldn’t be delivered for at least another 30 minutes. The order was delivered at 12:35am. I am beyond frustrated that it took two hours to get one pizza! And it wasn’t even a complicated order. One lg pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and jalapeños.

Delivery drivers are always so nice and on time! The people who prepare the pizza (like my Alfredo Spinach pizza) are absolutely delish, and perfectly cooked! If I ask for extra they actually do extra, not like the other pizza places I've had who skimp on their extras after I've already paid! We order from this location at least 4 times a week! I just have to say every time I order from here it always comes out correctly. This is the second time in a row where I ordered a personal pan and didn't get any sauce what so ever. This second time I ordered extra sauce, cheese AND! Pepperoni. My son's favorite. He threw the pizza strait in the trash because the was no extra pepperoni and yet AGAIN!!!!!! NOT a drop of sauce even when I selected extra robust sauce. And the pepperoni wasn't"extra" either...... My driver Walter did not read the delivery instructions specifying “money under door Matt, do not knock, leave to left of door” we have a baby sleeping in this house that he woke up by knocking, then proceeded to leave the food IN FRONT of an outward swinging door on the 2nd story

Because of how close to our home they are, this is usually our go to pizza place. The use of their app, makes the ordering really easy, and we can adjust our order to fit the taste of 5 somewhat picky people, individually.

The staff is so used to seeing us, they know who we are, and quickly get our order to us(when we order pick up). This also shows a high level of decency; to be courteous in remembering frequent customers.

Ordered through the app and got there at the latest suggested time but they said it would be another 15 minutes. Not a big deal since we were not in a hurry and went to Winn Dixie and picked up a couple of things. It was ready when we came back and it was all hot and made correctly. We were both happy. Placed an order on the app like always then something went wrong they claim my address doesn’t exist, even though it’s the same address that’s always been used. Call to see what was the issue maybe they went to the wrong place, they just hang up on you. Ask for the manager she does the same or just put you on hold until you hang up. Now I’m sitting here wondering how I’m going to get a refund because they claim to have completed the order.

I ordered a thin NY crust pizza with extra peperoni, extra cheese, onions and mushrooms. Instead, I received some vegetarian hand tossed pizza. I called the store expecting no positive outcome, but instead the manager apologized, refunded the wrong pizza and sent me the correct one free of charge. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how they handle them that matters. I will order all of my pizzas from this store from now on.

Not the worst and not the best. I placed my order using the Dominos mobile app and used the tracked to monitor the progress. They forgot to put the mango habanero sauce on my sandwich. Also, my sandwich had a bit too many jalapeños for my liking and not enough pineapple. The wings were good but the sauce was inconsistent. They might want to coat and toss the wings as opposed to just drizzling sauce on top of them.

This is a very fast paced store that gets it right every time. The manager and crew are tops. They love what they do and do it well. The store is neat and clean.

The delivery drivers are an integral part of the success of this store and work hard and getting the customers food to them quickly, hot and fresh.

As a frequent customer my personal faves are any of the pizzas, cheesy bread and of course the lava cakes and brownie/cookie. Another shout out for being able to customize your order to your liking, including but not limited to: the sandwiches, pastas, wings, pizza. For those wanting something healthy, grab a salad to go.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fast, fresh, friendly and deliciously good food.

Last night I placed an order for garlic chicken wings but instead received chicken wings smothered with ranch sauce. I was very disappointed to say the least and being that it was so late nearly 12 and closing time I decided not to call to have the order corrected.
I however will be contacting them today see photo attached. It shouldn't be that difficult to get an order right that is placed over the phone considering you have a ticket and should routinely check the ticket to make sure that you are in fact sending out the right order to the right customer.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had with dominos. We ordered extra everything; toppings, sauces and cheeses. We got none of it even though we paid for it. The pizzas were barley even cooked we literally had to put them in the oven to finish them off when we got home. We usually go to the branch on Holmes beach which is spot on every time. It’s sad to say but this place really dropped the ball for us and the dominos name.

We ordered thin crust pizza, pasta and wings. Arrived at promised time to pu and it was ready. Service was great! Food was fantastic, hot n ready. Pizza was very tasty although toppings were sparse. First time for pasta so I was preparing myself for second rate, but it was really really good. Pasta itself was almost as good as freshly made. Sausage could have had more spice as this did not. Wings although not top rate the honey bbq Flavors was awesome, best bbq I have tasted in long time. Overall we were not disappointed but very impressed! Thank you dominoes.

We love Domino's Pizza and have ordered from here before. However, very disappointed with the last visit. The restaurant did not have plates and even napkins - it sounds very funny, but for real, the restaurant didn’t have napkins. We had to wait for the order 15 minutes longer than the promised time, and this is not counting the fact that I arrived five minutes later than the promised time!

Sorry, I don’t want to be rude, but I have never seen such pizza! almost every pizza had a edges two inches wide, and in some areas three inches.

Located in the heart of the HolmesBeach Village community, I stopped here for a late dinner (like 10pm) & they were open.. My baked pasta dish &parmesan bread knots were super Delish! Ordering pizzas online from Dominos works great. Easy handling and the online menu card is very clear. When picking up very friendly staff, information on the screen about the order status and the order was ready one minute after my arrival. GREAT. 👍 We were also very impressed by the quality of the pizzas. Very good and crispy dough, plenty and very well topped and they are pre-cut. The transport box is well insulated and the pizzas were still hot at home. Two pizzas and two soft drinks for $ 29.29 is on the upper limit and still OK. Thanks dominos. 👍😎

Tried ordering delivery on October 31st at 5:15 PM. Through the online app, an hour and a 1/2 later, when I called to inquire why my order was still showing it was being prepped online. Ordered a pizza through the app while sitting outside of the store.. patiently waited for the order. Went to pick it up and went back to my car. Something told me to take a look at it and I'm glad I did because the pizza was wrong.. I took it back in the store and they gave the option of adding the topping that was missing on it and running it back through the oven or getting a fresh pizza. Obviously I chose a fresh pizza because who wants overcooked pizza..

Well the pizza was overcooked.. probably the same pizza just fixed and thrown back in the oven. I had faith that they corrected their mistake and didnt bother to check it again. Calling it a loss at this point. Having sandwiches for dinner because after working 12 hours, I don't want to cook and just wanted to come home. Guess i will go to pizza hut next time.

I ordered from this Dominos 2x in the pace 8 months, this is the worse Dominos location in the Sarasota/Bradenton Area. my order tracker told me my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes, but it took 50. This also happened when I ordered here in the spring. I was hoping the order this past spring was a fluke, but it was not. To make it even more complicated they don't even use the Tracker at this location.
I prefer ordering Dominos from the Lockwood Ridge location. The Lockwood Ridge, Sarasota, location is fast, efficient, and always makes the pizza taste the best. I'm never ordering from the Lakewood Ranch Blvd. location again.

Domino's is quick and good for a chain. They have a good variety and you can customize pizzas every way from crust to toppings. Not as good as a "real" Chicago, Detroit, or New York Pizza joint, but Domino's won't totally clean out your wallet either.

I ordered from this location a few months ago and the sandwiches and pasta were pretty good. The driver didn't have everything we ordered so they had to come back. I ordered the same thing a few days later and everything was burned and dried out and it wasn't even the right order again. They don't give you your money back so I got a $10.00 credit on my account. The next time I go, they say they can't find the credit on my account. I figure they just messed up in the computer, so I paid in full. The pizza was horrible. Today, I called before going there and my credit WAS there. The only reason why I tried one more time was because I had that credit. I ordered 1 buffalo chicken pizza. It was burnt and there was no buffalo on it at all! Not only that, but the toppings were very minimal. I am giving up on Dominos. I had already tossed a few pieces that were burnt to a crisp. I didn't know my bf was going to take pictures or I wouldn't have thrown them out.

I want to share my experience with Donnie, the manager of this store. You lost this customer for life, And I will make sure that corporate will know too. This individual with no manners and his worst behavior was disrespectful and insulted my husband over the phone because he was overwhelmed with 100 orders that he needed to make. All these orders according to him, he told his customers, except us, about taking more time to make it, but when we told him that we were not called, he was combative and insulting and hung up the phone. My husband went to the store to ask him about his attitude, and he asked him to leave. He didn't care about us. Just keep being combative and insulting. Ordered a deluxe pizza w banana peppers
by phone. It appeared to have been a computer generated anwering machine. I even asked the stupid machine why the med pizza was 16.99 and she/it replied that its a special and/coupons/promotions. Delivery was ok except I then opened the pizza box and I received a cheese only pizza w peppers. I immediately called the store to have some kid tell me I should've went to the app to see it wasn't right. Excuse me? How would I know it's not right? Then he told me I could come to the store and pick up a new one but I'd have to pay for it. I explained i can't go to the store which is why I had it delivered. He told me he's not giving me a free pizza. I told him I only wanted what I ordered. I told him I'm sitting here with something I never ordered but had to pay for. He again told me it's my fault for not checking the app. I told him to come get the pizza and bring me what I ordered and I'll pay any difference and he said he's not giving me a free pizza and again, I'd have to pick it up! Unbelievable!! Someone needs more training or perhaps should pick another career. This kid claimed to be in charge but wouldn't give me his name, nor the owners name. Save the hassle and go elsewhere!

The most unrespectful manager I have ever met. I called this store at 20 minutes to 12:00 a.m. because the Domino's website would not allow me to place an order online. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. According to Google they are open until 12:00 midnight. Just drove by and they're already turned the lights out and we're refusing to answer the phone. Either you're open until midnight and you still taking orders for a pizza that only takes you about 12 minutes to make or your people just don't want to work so they can get off directly at 12:00 a.m.. But with 20 minutes till closing would seem to me that they would still take orders and they did not.

Had the worst experience ever at a Domino's recently at the Parrish location. Have been there a bunch of times with few issues. This time, I ordered online for Carside delivery. When I arrived to pick it up, I did as I normally do and clicked on I'm here in the app, and turned on my hazard lights as it says to do, while parked right in front of the store windows. It says 2 minute guarantee, free if they don't bring it out within 2 minutes. After about 8 minutes and seeing several people come and pick up their orders, I went inside and said how long I was waiting. An employee looked at a computer screen and said there was no check-in and told me I did something wrong, even though I showed him that button wasn't on the screen anymore since I had checked in. He handed me my pizzas and just walked away to do something else, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or thank me for my order or anything. Not only that, but I get home and find the cheese on the pizzas was very lacking in a lot of spots. I am kind of in between 2 stores, think I will have to start going to the other one! Very disappointed!

Order from here quite often and rarely have issues. Tonight the GM went psycho on me because I called about a wrong order. I ordered the same thing I always do, Alfredo sauce on pasta, bacon, mushroom. Simple, always made right. Opened it up, took a bite and tastes sour like maybe someone grabbed ranch by mistake. No big deal, I’ve called many times and they either partially refund me or send me the right order. I tell the gentleman kindly, either option is fine, whatever is easiest for him, because I’d hate to make someone deliver me one item during rush hour. He proceed to tell me I’m wrong, it’s impossible it’s not Alfredo, gets really nasty with me. When I said I’d be happy to return the item, so he could see and said I’m more worried now maybe the sauce is bad and would hate for someone else to get sick, he guts me off and proceeds to say they’ll make me another item. Ok, cool. Says one chicken carbonara coming up. I said no, that’s not my order and he berates me, saying that’s exactly what you just described. I begin to tell him my order again, screams at me and say “you know what?” And hangs up. I call back and he says he’s the GM, He’s never given partial refunds and now I’m not getting my order. I ask him for the store number, refuses to give me it and says good luck complaining to corporate because complaints go back to him. This guy scream at me like a complete psycho path. Sir if you had a bad night, then just say that but don’t go off on someone who received a wrong order. Never ordering from here again.

Also, I suggest not responding to the email they automatically reply with. It will clearly just go through to the GM. I made a complaint online to corporate because if you wanted a Karen, I got the time.

Just had one of the worst customer service experiences. I paid on the app for my order and when it was ready I went to pick it up. When I asked for my order they said I already picked it up. I let them know that I in fact did not. They said they accidentally gave it away. I told them I don’t have a lot of time to wait and might have to void it and go. He said that he could remake it in 10 minutes. I told him if it’s only that long then to go for it. He then proceeded to come to the register and printed something out and told me my order was voided so I could leave. Dumbfounded I asked him why he did that and he said that I told him to. I let him know that is the opposite of what I said and then left in frustration. He was very rude the whole time and as I was leaving made a rude remark. Time to go back to being a Pizza Hut customer.

This location has an ongoing problem with their managers. Donnie is disrespectful, condescending, and whiny. Because he was soooooo busy with production he could not walk a pizza out to the elderly couple in a golf cart waiting for their dinner. They both use walkers so were unABLE to walk in. Then he harassed her, saying they were going to have throw away the food. I called on Monday asking for the manager. It was Ol' Donnie who was absolutely unapologetic, again condescending, and down right rude. He said there was no way he would stop to take a pizza out to them. 5 seconds? Seriously? They order at least 2 or 3 times a month as a treat and a way to get out and feel independent. As I was still talking Donnie said, "I am not going to keep talking to you about this" and hung up ... WOW. How do you keep this person employed? I have been in customer service for some major corporate companies. If I handled issues like this, I would have been fired directly. However, I would never have had this problem because I respect my customers, ESPECIALLY the elderly. This store is in an Elderly Community!!! Shame on you Donnie. We feel we can never go back to this store again. I feel Donnie will not care for their food ... This has bred mistrust.... Domino's Corporate pay attention... This is not how we treat our elderly.

I really like this location. Most places burn the pizza but not here. I always find the customer service here the best of all locations. Everyone is always nice and in a good mood even when it’s super busy for them. But tonight in particular, I came in with a sleepy toddler, got my food and touched me the most was that while I was paying and grabbing my food with one hand and holding my kid in the other; come to find out there was a gentleman standing and holding the door for me the whole time. Then I got out and he helped me with my car door. I wish I got his name to praise his kindness on this review. He was doing a delivery in a Charger, so anyone at dominoes please comment with his name. A lot of times especially with big businesses you don’t get that type of extra service or kindness but tonight I got that mom and pop good old fashion feeling for him to go out of his way to spread kindness to us. Sometimes it’s the smallest gesture that means so much. He’s a busy guy, as everyone else that works there and for him to spend those extra few minutes means a lot to me. Special thank you to that gentleman and thank you Dominos for finding and hiring such a great example and leader. People like him keeps customers coming back. My niece called in 2 pizzas. She ordered large, so I called right back to change the order to medium So, literally 2 minutes later and was told they couldn't change the pizza order to medium. Then rudely told, "what did I expect them to do? Did I want them to throw away the 2 large ones? I said it has been 2 minutes from the initial order why cant you change my order, he hung up on me and banned my address for ever ordering in the future. I've been a loyal patron of your establishment for quite some time, ordering from the Domino's on US Highway 301 in Ellenton, FL, at least 2 times per week. However, my recent experience left me feeling utterly mistreated and disappointed.

The night of September 19, 2023, I called to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, the manager I spoke with refused to listen to my concerns and provided me with blatantly false information. Despite my order being confirmed for delivery by the automated system, she continued to feed me inaccurate details and even hung up on me not once, not twice, but three times.

Fortunately, my order was eventually delivered by a driver who, regrettably, refused to disclose the name of the on-duty manager. This experience has cast a shadow over my otherwise positive interactions with your establishment.

I genuinely hope that you address this issue promptly and ensure that customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. It's disheartening to witness such poor customer service from a place I've come to rely on.

Had a unfortunate experience today with Dominos. I ordered on line as I always do - was given a window of time for pick up 5:53pm to 6:03pm. We arrived at 6:07 and they had not even started the order yet and it would be yet another hour. I asked why I did not get a notifications or email about the delay. The replied "well you could have kept an eye on the tracker" Yeah that is what I do order something on online and stay glued to my phone. Really....
we barely got an apology just a bunch of excuses as to why they were so behind that they had 50 pizza orders come in in less than 10 minutes. Well I guess they were busy most of the night telling customers that their order was going to take an additional hour when they arrived.
Canceled my order got a refund and it will be a long time before we try Dominos again. I believe that it was out of their control of all the orders coming in but Dominos had control of informing their customer, offering a discount or something to make up for the inconvenience, but that was not the case just "it wont be ready for an hour we have not even made it yet"

As of this review, BEST PIZZA location HANDS-DOWN, whoever owns this franchise should be very proud of their team. ALWAYS friendly, customer is #1 and it shows. Pizza is pretty good too. But mainly just very impressed with their customer service.

Order was delivered 27 minutes after driver left the restaurant. Driver made multiple stops before arriving at my home. Food was not hot and disappointing. Several hours later my wife and I were sick to our stomachs. I called And spoke with Noah who made excuses and offered $15 credit. Since I don’t plan on returning I told him I wanted a full refund which he would not do.

No customer service at all they charge you for marinara sauce even when it’s supposed to come with the actual food, which is ridiculous to me rather go at a different location now on

They are always so nice and we like the Halloween and Christmas decorations, and the raised spot where Kids can go up the stairs and watch them make pizza.

I am in town working and am a big pizza fan.
The pizza was fast, delicious and affordable! The lovely girl working was a joy and the place was decorated adorably! A cute Lego display at the checkout! Fantastic overall experience!

Love the girl that works her her but off. My girlfriend accidentally gave her a 2 star the other day on online order. It was purely by mistakes. We haven't even got our order yet. And I let her know witch I new your name friend . Over the top customer service
