Called at 11:53, was told they couldn’t make me anything because they close in 5 mins and it takes 10 mins to make a pizza. I said I just wanted some garlic knots and her response was “oh we don’t got any of those actually”. Clearly a lie because they wanted to leave. I own a restaurant, my staff would never. You are open until 12 you should take orders until 12. I was picking it up as well, so I wasnt asking them to drive anywhere close to closing time. Maybe yall don’t do business like my place, but I would fire any staff member who refuses to make food because they want to leave. So I called papa John’s who had no issue fulfilling my order😄

The people here are pretty solid. My order is almost always spot-on and piping hot when I pick it up, which is how pizza should be. It's not the perfect pizza restaurant, but the deals are always pretty good and I don't spend as much as I would at places like Papa John's.

delivered wrong pizza, came back and delivered the wrong pizza again. Only realized after the first bite since it was over cooked. My philly cheese steak turned out to be anchovies, mushrooms and peppers and who knows what else. Let the buyer beware.

Ordered on the app. It was easy. The Delivery was faster than expected. Everything arrived fast, Hot and perfect! The crew at the Manatee ave. Domino s are on point. Ordered on a sunday after 7pm. Don't know if that makes a difference, overall we were Happy with the entire process & the food 👍. The staff is doing a fine job. ****update -> bacon is ok now.***
So kinda disregard that->One thing though, which is Solely a product issue, we would Not order Bacon on anything again, the bacon is Very fatty, yuck. Could be the supplier/ or?
The delivery fee was $3.99, +tax & tip is additional. We paid $10 approx in addition to food costs. Total approx $32
Hot pizza delivery. Thats it. All good.

The manager michael working tonight should be fired after what he put me through. Go listen to the recored lines he said hes send me out a replacement order after they lost my first one and 2 and half hours later he hung up on me when i call now and wont answer any phones been on hold over 10 minutes complete incompetency. The driver called me after 2 hours and got all sort of info from me what is going on I just want my food I paid for!?!?! Update: 3 hours later no ones come. Now will have to back charge you with bank. Will never order dominos again worst experience in a long time for delivery and im right down road... still waiting and give me a number to call that someone answers because its been 30 minutes on hold after he hung up on me and their obviously there. Replies here appear to be automated showing imo the owner doesnt care and other stores wont even send me anything because im out of area called number again provided and sat on hold no answer for another 10 minutes. Such a waste of time and disappointment.

This was the second time getting delivery, it was late again and cold! I waited a year after having a bad experience with them once a year ago. I figured I'd give them a try again hoping for the best, I was wrong, once again the staff was rude when they finally picked up the phone and the food was cold and inedible! I will not be ordering again from this store. I have enjoyed Domino's other place even different states but this Domino's is definitely not like the others it's so below what you would expect especially when it comes to delivery!

Placed a online order then made a mistake on the website for a future pickup at 8pm I placed the order around 5:55pm,I called the store to stop making the pizza I spoke with a young and he didn't know how to change pickup time so he got someone who did and said changes were made so after 2 hours the pizza was there and sat for 2 hours shift manager with green hair said she didn't know but she should have checked times on all boxes sitting with our being picked up.This store is a NO for me just poor management.

I ordered the new Mac and cheese tonight. I was SO excited to try it after seeing reviews and it looked so good in those review videos. I ordered the buffalo Mac and added jalapeños and bacon to it. Upon receipt of the item, it looked great. I stuck my fork in to stir and there was nothing to stir. There was no “creamy” element to it. It was just a bunch of cheese melted on top of plain noodles that doesn’t mix at all. There was nothing creamy about it. I ate it, but being 9 months pregnant I was SO sad about it not being what I thought it would be. I’m the type of person to just order what I know I like, and I’ve never had the pastas before because you just don’t know what you’ll get. I’m sad to say I won’t be ordering this again. The pizza was good as always though! I did call the store after receiving my order and making this review. They confirmed that it was supposed to have sauce and they did credit my account for this, to reorder on a different day. Thankful they made it right. They offered to remake it, but being so late and close to closing, I felt that the credit was more than enough. Thanks to the driver who answered the phone and rectified this issue!!

Got a pizza and Chicken Caesar Salad. Too much sauce on the pizza and the lettuce in the salad was brown and wilted. The exp date was due for the following day, but it was inedible.
If you eat here, probably avoid the pre-packaged salads. 😤

Service is the worst. Came to the store to order a Pizza for my family and the cashier took my order with a very bad attitude. Got some appetizers, was told on the phone 15-20 minutes... while waiting for my order inside I have to listen to a young blonde girl complain, cuss, and rant on and on about how busy it is... even though it's empty inside? Granted, I do not know their online situation but if you need to blow off steam go outside. Don't do it in front of customers. Makes everyone uncomfortable, I believe the manager was agreeing with her as well. After waiting for a while I went up to check on our order and it was sitting there ready... no one checked on us or asked again about our order. Keep in mind no one else was in the store.

Your franchise was built on your pizza being delivered hot in 30 minutes or less. Or it's free. When your site tells you your order will be ready at a certain time then you show up and they haven't even started it nor will expedite the order because your a little annoyed. Then proceed to wait and extra half hour in the store. The employees are full of excuses but zero solutions, nor do they offer anything as a good faith gesture to offset the inconvenience. It sure speaks to the level of training and any concern for high values around customer service. You certainly don't deserve my business.

I can not express the fact that this is the best pizzeria in town. This is not like other Domino's Pizza. This place outperforms any pizzeria in town. I have been to all the Pizza establishment in Bradenton and I have to say this place makes the best New York style pizza in town. The girls that work the counter provides an unbeat atmosphere of comfort and quality. They should get a raise because they are both the heart of this establishment and they take the time to really know their customers. i am Absolutely shocked to score a Domino's higher than any other pizzeria in town by a Longshot.

This is my go to Domino's. I ordered ahead of time on the app so I could pick up on the way home. Staff greeted me as soon as I came in. I told them I was early but there for pick up. Received my order at the time I wanted to pick it up.

Went to the dominos on first street thinking it was the same. Shame on me. The pizza was bad. I had to go back no extra sauce on the pizzas I ordered. They wanted to give me a 5.00 credit I said no way that's not even enough to buy one pizza. I had to return my pizzas and when I got home the lava cakes were cold. Nothing coming out of them. Love that chocolate lava. Anyway I won't be going back to first street dominos and will always recommend your store. My order is always right the first time. Gas is expensive these days.

I had a pizza delivered from the Domino's at 4507 Manatee Ave W in Bradenton, FL. It was basically inedible because it was burned all over the top and the supposed Italian sausage tasted nothing remotely like Italian sausage and the pepperoni on the other half I couldn't even taste. I reported that I had a problem with my order.

A fellow called me a while later and offered me a credit I accepted the credit but then called back the next day because the pizza was so horrible that I decided I would never order from them again so I asked for a refund instead of a credit.

The fellow I spoke with at the Domino's at 4507 Manatee Ave W · Bradenton, FL told me I would have to seek a refund from the corporate office because he didn't have the receipts or any indication to afford me a refund from their particular store.

I've been going 'round about with the corporate office for about a week and a half now and they gave me a case number and nothing happened. Now they're just completely ignoring me.

I called back the store at 4507 Manatee Ave W · Bradenton, FL and explained the whole situation. As it ended up; basically the gal said that all she could do from her end was indeed, offered me a credit in lieu of a refund so I guess I'm screwed and have an old s***** pizza in my refrigerator which I need to throw away now because it's useless and tasteless and the worst Pizza I think I've ever had in my life even more than frozen pizzas in the store.

I can't believe that a big corporation like Domino's would treat their customers like that...Are they that desperate for money? What gives? I hope your corporation loses big time...and it will; mark my words. Ouch!

Extremely hard to find at night. There was no lights on the sign. The guy working the front was RUDE! There was two others not really doing anything and yet they would not try to help me. I could see my order ready and just sitting there! Extra cheese was more like regular cheese! Very little toppings!

Carry out isn’t offered after 10 order taker couldn’t get the address or phone number right driver called but didn’t answer 5 minutes after but that’s because the order taker had address incorrect he over speaks instead of listen to the customer which ended up being a incomplete order called to reorder still didn’t complete the order then the so called manager finally gets on the phone and solved zero problems no pizza after 2 hrs if you have only one driver than take out should be option and put someone on the phone that can understand English language asked for corporate number didn’t receive it or the direct manager this location is no good

If you’re looking to starve slowly while questioning your life choices, this Domino’s delivers that experience flawlessly. Two hours waiting for a BASIC pizza and not a single answered phone call. I can only assume this store exists outside of time, staffed by people who have never seen a phone before. At this point I’m convinced my pizza is a myth—like Bigfoot, but greasier. Absolutely impressive how bad this place is.

Don’t order Sunday, the team suck and is absolutely lazy, don’t know how to read orders and they don’t give you exactly what you order. Order for curbside and said that the machine is down. Seen workers coming in and out so they could at least communicate to each other to let them know but didn’t. Went inside and I saw them sitting on the counters talking and doing nothing. Very disappointed.

I've been getting pizza from this location for at least 5 years. All in all they're pretty good. Like most places I've had issues with what I've received but never really took the time to write a review about it. The last time I ordered they raised the minimum price for delivery I believe to $20.(it was $10 or so) Now my issue is I always order their large with 3 toppings and 3 cokes ,on average. Now my orders generally just meet this price but if I try to use the rewards on orders or special offers it brings the price down so now I must bring my order up to price, They charge a delivery fee.and I always tip the driver $9. They do not use your total order charge for the minimum price just the food they do not even use the price before coupon/special offers to calculate minimum price. So for someone like me what's the use? I don't need extra food? The last order I placed was on 8/8/2025 and I had told the driver to tell the management I would not be ordering any more and explained why. I was not saying this in a rude or hostile way but just a matter of fact. Now on my profile on the app. I see from 02/17/2024 (I guess that's as long back as they keep information) I have placed roughly 98 orders, online and used my rewards about 24 times(usually for a coke or the brownies as the reward for free pizza only give you the smaller size, Not the size I order. I know things are getting tight and prices need to go up, they're tight for me as well. I'm sorry to say I won't be ordering anymore

Extremely Disappointed – Deceptive Marketing! Never Buying Again!

I recently ordered Domino’s $9.99 unlimited toppings pizza, but the amount of toppings has drastically decreased. It’s nowhere near as generous as it used to be! They advertise “unlimited toppings,” but in reality, they barely put anything on the pizza. Totally misleading!

To make things worse, I specifically requested the pizza to be cut into slices, yet it arrived uncut. How can they not even fulfill such a basic request?

Domino’s used to be decent, but with this kind of deceptive practice, I’m done with them. Never ordering again—beware before you buy!

TLDR; delicious, consistent food and great customer service here - don’t let the appearance/location fool you.

As a family, we’ve ordered from this Domino’s in particular for 10+ years - mainly only delivery until recently.

Sure, delivery errors happen. Miss the note about contactless and/or knock on the door anyway, stuff like that. The food has seldom been inconsistent or bad, and when it is they make it right.

Recently, we’ve switched to carry out because delivery is just getting too expensive. It’s always a pleasant surprise to come into a chain business as such, and feel a good environment with attentive & friendly staff. 🤙🏼

Moral of the story? Don’t be quick to leave a shitty review if you didn’t follow up with the store and give them the chance to make it right.

I wish they had 0 star. I ordered a pizza by phone, and they told me it was going to take from 40 to 45 minutes. I drove to pick it up, and 48 minutes after my order, they told me it would take 23 minutes more. I waited 24 more minutes and it wasn't done yet. I left the place and will not go back there.

Ordered for delivery. Just got our food after roughly an hr and a half. Which isn't a big deal honestly but how are you gonna take that long and then have everything wrong. Missing tots from our order, my pizza that was supposed to be sausage and ham came with just cheese, my mom's pizza that was supposed to be sausage and bacon came with just bacon and then when I try to call and explain our order was messed up because the food was delivered after midnight (placed the order around 10:30-10:45) the automated answering machine won't let me talk to a person. Update: just realized our 3rd pizza is also wrong. Was supposed to be steak and mushrooms and it's missing mushrooms. Not a single thing correct on the order other than us shockingly receiving the correct sodas.

When I called the store at 11:45 the man I spoke to told me there was nothing he could do as he was short on delivery drivers. I was told it wouldn’t be delivered for at least another 30 minutes. Delivery drivers are always so nice and on time! The people who prepare the pizza (like my Alfredo Spinach pizza) are absolutely delish, and perfectly cooked! This is the second time in a row where I ordered a personal pan and didn't get any sauce what so ever. This second time I ordered extra sauce, cheese AND! Pepperoni. My son's favorite. It's exactly what you would expect from a fast-food pizza chain and they do have a lot of options these days! I would prefer fresh brick oven pizza but can't hate on Domino's. They are good for late night or quick bite circumstances and when you have little money.

We'll I visited Dominos Pizza On 57th Avenue and I wasn't happy at all the wait time was awful I was told 30 minutes and then that 30minutes turned into a bit longer and I watched two employees prepare customers good without any gloves and none of them had on hair nets also so unsanitary

My driver Walter did not read the delivery instructions specifying “money under door Matt, do not knock, leave to left of door” we have a baby sleeping in this house that he woke up by knocking, then proceeded to leave the food IN FRONT of an outward swinging door on the 2nd story
and stood out the door with the food getting cold in hand on a CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. This is nobodies fault but the driver. Cooks Good job though you did great!

Terrible service! I waited an hour to get delivered a small meal 2 minutes down the road and it never moved passed Prep stage. After 5 attempts to call and getting stuck on hold, I got tired of waiting and decided to show up to see what's going on. They were not thay busy but that was the excuse. I called 5 times and never got passed hold. The cashier decided to answer the phone for someone else right infront of me. They didn't seem to care that much

Because of how close to our home they are, this is usually our go to pizza place. The use of their app, makes the ordering really easy, and we can adjust our order to fit the taste of 5 somewhat picky people, individually.

The staff is so used to seeing us, they know who we are, and quickly get our order to us(when we order pick up). This also shows a high level of decency; to be courteous in remembering frequent customers.

Ordered through the app and got there at the latest suggested time but they said it would be another 15 minutes. Not a big deal since we were not in a hurry and went to Winn Dixie and picked up a couple of things. It was ready when we came back and it was all hot and made correctly. We were both happy. I got the med pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and bacon, for $6.99. Also got a hot sandwich that my bf really enjoyed, for $6.99.

Placed an order on the app like always then something went wrong they claim my address doesn’t exist, even though it’s the same address that’s always been used. Call to see what was the issue maybe they went to the wrong place, they just hang up on you. Ask for the manager she does the same or just put you on hold until you hang up. Now I’m sitting here wondering how I’m going to get a refund because they claim to have completed the order.

I ordered a thin NY crust pizza with extra peperoni, extra cheese, onions and mushrooms. Instead, I received some vegetarian hand tossed pizza. I called the store expecting no positive outcome, but instead the manager apologized, refunded the wrong pizza and sent me the correct one free of charge. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how they handle them that matters. I will order all of my pizzas from this store from now on.

Not the worst and not the best. I placed my order using the Dominos mobile app and used the tracked to monitor the progress. They forgot to put the mango habanero sauce on my sandwich. Also, my sandwich had a bit too many jalapeños for my liking and not enough pineapple. The wings were good but the sauce was inconsistent. They might want to coat and toss the wings as opposed to just drizzling sauce on top of them.

This is a very fast paced store that gets it right every time. The manager and crew are tops. They love what they do and do it well. The store is neat and clean.

The delivery drivers are an integral part of the success of this store and work hard and getting the customers food to them quickly, hot and fresh.

As a frequent customer my personal faves are any of the pizzas, cheesy bread and of course the lava cakes and brownie/cookie. Another shout out for being able to customize your order to your liking, including but not limited to: the sandwiches, pastas, wings, pizza. For those wanting something healthy, grab a salad to go.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fast, fresh, friendly and deliciously good food.

Last night I placed an order for garlic chicken wings but instead received chicken wings smothered with ranch sauce. I was very disappointed to say the least and being that it was so late nearly 12 and closing time I decided not to call to have the order corrected.
I however will be contacting them today see photo attached. It shouldn't be that difficult to get an order right that is placed over the phone considering you have a ticket and should routinely check the ticket to make sure that you are in fact sending out the right order to the right customer.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had with dominos. We ordered extra everything; toppings, sauces and cheeses. We got none of it even though we paid for it. The pizzas were barley even cooked we literally had to put them in the oven to finish them off when we got home. We usually go to the branch on Holmes beach which is spot on every time. It’s sad to say but this place really dropped the ball for us and the dominos name.

Not a very good experience, we waited 25 minutes for our food and they got both things in our order wrong. They gave us bone and wings instead of boneless and we waited another 10 minutes for them to make boneless wings and then they wouldn’t sauce them for us because he said they don’t do that there🙃 not very great customer service! Came in with literally 8 minutes until my trolley pick up. I asked the team if we could get a brownie made in time to still meet the pick up time. The team accepted the challenge and hustled through it providing me a delicious dessert just in the nick of time. Without their complete hustle, I never would've made it. I came in for a quick dinner & placed a carry out order and when I got there I was greeted by Natalie she was very sweet & attentive, you could tell she cared about customers. There was only 2 staff members running a busy restaurant. . I had to wait a few extra minutes for my food but that's okay because i was very impressed with how they were so busy but still managed to treat people kindly and give the best service they could. Seems like they need more staff tho especially while in season on the island.. all in all i was happy with the customer service I received!

We ordered thin crust pizza, pasta and wings. Arrived at promised time to pu and it was ready. Service was great! Food was fantastic, hot n ready. Pizza was very tasty although toppings were sparse. First time for pasta so I was preparing myself for second rate, but it was really really good. Pasta itself was almost as good as freshly made. Sausage could have had more spice as this did not. Wings although not top rate the honey bbq Flavors was awesome, best bbq I have tasted in long time. Overall we were not disappointed but very impressed! Thank you dominoes.

We love Domino's Pizza and have ordered from here before. However, very disappointed with the last visit. The restaurant did not have plates and even napkins - it sounds very funny, but for real, the restaurant didn’t have napkins. We had to wait for the order 15 minutes longer than the promised time, and this is not counting the fact that I arrived five minutes later than the promised time!

Sorry, I don’t want to be rude, but I have never seen such pizza! almost every pizza had a edges two inches wide, and in some areas three inches.

Horrible pizza with horrible service. The thin crust taste like old pita chips thin. The garlic sauce was horrible and everything was overpriced.

This is seriously the best dominos for pizza. I don’t know why theirs is so good at this store. We live in Lakeland and go to this store every one we are in the area.

Located in the heart of the HolmesBeach Village community, I stopped here for a late dinner (like 10pm) & they were open.. My baked pasta dish &parmesan bread knots were super Delish! Hot AND fresh and very tasty.. Employees working that night were also polite, quick & professional.. store was very clean.. I will be back!

Ordering pizzas online from Dominos works great. Easy handling and the online menu card is very clear. When picking up very friendly staff, information on the screen about the order status and the order was ready one minute after my arrival. GREAT. 👍 We were also very impressed by the quality of the pizzas. Very good and crispy dough, plenty and very well topped and they are pre-cut. The transport box is well insulated and the pizzas were still hot at home. Two pizzas and two soft drinks for $ 29.29 is on the upper limit and still OK. Thanks dominos. 👍😎
